Advertising Policy

Voluntary participation: Sponsored content on NEXA only appears on servers whose administrators have actively opted into the Partner Programme. No server member is exposed to sponsored content without the express consent of the administrator.

1. The Partner Programme

The NEXA Partner Programme allows server administrators to unlock additional features in exchange for authorising the occasional display of sponsored content on their servers. Participation is always optional and can be cancelled at any time.

Sponsored content is displayed in a way that does not interrupt the natural server experience. Automatic translation continues to work normally — sponsored content is entirely independent of the translation service.

Each enrolment in the programme is recorded with the administrator's identity, the server involved, and the exact date and time of authorisation. This record is kept for compliance with legal obligations and to respond to any verification requests from Discord or competent authorities.

Benefits remain active for as long as the server participates in the programme. Upon leaving, additional features are removed in the next cycle.

3. Content review

All sponsored content goes through a rigorous review process before being approved. No content is published without full approval.

Automated screening
Each submission is automatically checked against Discord's policies and our internal criteria. Clearly non-compliant content is rejected immediately.

In-depth review
Ambiguous or borderline cases are subjected to a second, more detailed analysis. When in doubt, content is rejected as a precaution.

Human editorial decision
Content that did not receive a clear decision in the previous stages is evaluated manually by the NEXA team. Content is only published after human approval.

4. Prohibited content

NEXA follows Discord's advertising policies. Any content that includes the following is strictly prohibited:

Sexual content, whether explicitly or implicitly suggestive
Alcohol, tobacco or controlled substances
Gambling, betting or financial schemes
Hate speech, discrimination or racism
Violent, gore or disturbing content
Biased religious or political content
Content directed exclusively at children under 13
18+ or adult-natured content
Financial pyramids, MLM or get-rich-quick schemes
Products or services illegal in any jurisdiction
Content designed to provoke involuntary shock reactions
Misinformation or misleading content
Dating services or romantic content
Medical or cosmetic procedures

This list is not exhaustive. NEXA reserves the right to refuse any content it deems inappropriate, even if not explicitly listed.

5. Discord compliance

All sponsored content on NEXA fully complies with:

  • Discord Community Guidelines
  • Discord Developer Policy
  • Discord Ads Policy
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Applicable legislation in the countries of operation

6. Administrator rights

  • Leave the programme at any time via the dashboard
  • View the history of sponsored content displayed on their server
  • Report content they consider inappropriate
  • Request a review of an approval decision

7. Server member rights

Any member of a server using NEXA may, at any time:

  • Report sponsored content they consider inappropriate via support@nexalang.com
  • Request information about whether a given server participates in the programme
  • Ask the server administrator to leave the programme

Each report is reviewed by the NEXA team. If the reported content violates our policies, it is removed immediately and the advertiser is notified.

8. Advertiser responsibility

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit. NEXA acts as a review intermediary, but legal responsibility for the content remains with the advertiser. NEXA is not liable for damages resulting from content approved on the basis of false information provided by the advertiser.

Zero tolerance: Any advertiser who submits content that violates Discord's policies, involves minors, or is illegally deceptive will be permanently banned from the programme and reported to Discord.
